I'm a writer based in San Antonio, TX with a deep passion for storytelling.

How it started

During my childhood, that passion manifested itself through an obsessive love for music, literature, movies, and everything in between.

​

So, come college time, I decided to further study stories by pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Northern Iowa (UNI). During my time at UNI, I also began creating my own stories through work involving videography, social media marketing, and journalism.

Where I am now

Since graduating, I have continued to pursue storytelling through work involving the many aspects of content creation and distribution.

Why I created this newsletter

I decided to start this page and newsletter because, truthfully, I haven't created much outside of work since the pandemic. There have been sporadic bouts but nothing consistent. I have continued to envelop myself with various content, media, and art, but when it comes to writing and creating pieces of my own, I haven't done much.

​

One of my highest aspirations is to write novels and tell stories for the screen. So, I wanted to begin using this platform as a tool to start generating, so that I can push myself closer to that dream, through repetition and determination. It's time to not only consume art, but to create it.
