Welcome to Cristian's Commonplace! 🤘

Can you help me? See, I have a problem. I'm a writer who rarely writes (and when I do, shares my writing) outside of work. So, after years of procrastination, it was time for me to come up with a solution. Either start writing or remove "writer" from all my bios and leave the dream to gather dust on the shelf.
Cristian's Commonplace is my attempt at a solution. The idea's simple: I need to write more, and what can hold me more accountable than a newsletter that I send to you? This newsletter isn't a silver bullet for my problem—nothing ever is. But it's a step in the right direction. And I'm glad you're joining me for the journey.
This newsletter, while helping me write more and share what I'm working on, will hopefully become a destination for you to get a snapshot of all that's happening in culture, entertainment, and storytelling. Let's face it: There's so much noise. My goal is to help sift through some of it for you. Because I read, listen to, and watch a lot of media and art. That's why I thought a digital "commonplace" would be a perfect framework for a newsletter.
